Marriott's Club Son antem is located on the west coast of the island of Mallorca. The resort is set in beautiful lush grounds ensuring a relaxing and peaceful retreat for your holiday. The family-friendly resort is just 11 miles from the airport in Palma. Spend your days playing golf on the 2 adjacent 18-hole golf courses. The East Course has flat greens and wide fairways making it ideal for high handicappers. The west course is a little more demanding. Relax round the pool and enjoy a pamper session in the spa. Some of the prettiest beaches on the island are close by as are the historic sites of 14th-century Bellver Castle and the town of Llucmajor, with its mountain top monastery with stunning views of Mallorca. Shop in Llucmajor for the famous Mallorcan pearls and leather goods. Dine in the La Terrassa restaurant overlooking the golf course and enjoy delicious locally inspired dishes and international classics. Kids are kept busy with activities in Pepe’s® Kid’s Club leaving you free to relax and soak up the atmosphere and the Mallorcan sunshine - whether it be by the pool or on the golf course.

Marriott's Club Son Antem is set on two adjacent golf courses located in Llucmajor, about a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 15 minute drive from the capital Palma. The courses are easy to play being built on mainly flat land.

The nearby village of Llucmajor has a thriving local community and does not rely mainly on tourism and so is fairly populated and active all year round. There is a market held three times a week, selling local produce from around the island and locally made arts and crafts. The restaurants in town cater mainly for the locals making the prices quite appealing.

A local attraction is the cave of Pas de Vallgornera. It is considered to be one of the most important caves in Mallorca and extends for some 67 kilometres of mostly unexplored caverns and tunnels. The cave was discovered back in 1968 when workmen were digging a cesspit for a new hotel.

There are many beautiful small beaches within easy reach of Club Son Antem - the nearest being the beautiful Cala Pi, a quiet beach far from mass tourism.

Bellver Castle is well worth a visit. A well-preserved 14th-century fortress surrounded by fragrant pine woods. It houses an interesting museum and has superb views over Palma Bay.
